Have a sat. Relax. It's Sunday.

​From last week Monday. Went out and played football with Recent Converts, Less Actives, Members, and some Investigators. Pretty much this day showed how out of shape I was and how I should definitely practice a little bit before the next time we play soccer again with a bunch of Thai people.

We are starting from scratch again. It's time to start grinding and finding new investigators! So much potential and SO MANY PEOPLE. Ever since my first area, I feel like each new area I move in has more and more and more people.

Then there's this guy....who threw his own cigarette away. The power of asking politely. Yeee.

​It's always a good day at the bus stop. Everyone's being talked to, one missionary is looking for the bus, we've got members with us. Like come on. This is a sweet Sunday night.

But really.

Well this week was a week of last lessons and phone calls to set the foundation for the next week. Taught a bunch of people, sad to see when they just aren't serious about what we have to share with them. But it's alright, their time will come, and now is just not their hour to rise and shine.

Also, the importance of effectively using Sundays. On Sundays we have such a great opportunity to be with all the members. We are able to go and talk and meet and even better....SET UP APPOINTMENTS! Yeah. Because although everyone has a cell phone...they don't always pick up. One of the best things I've learned is that the hour you spend right before Sacrament meeting is crucial when it comes to setting up appointment. Probably a quarter of our upcoming week has already been planned. You buzz around talking to people, but 10-15 minutes before it starts. Have a sat. Relax. It's Sunday.

After having an epic companion exchange with ELDER HANCOCK (we came into Thailand at the same time) I had picked up some new ways to teach. We had taught a lesson about justice and mercy helping this one member understand this concept more and just gotta share one quick verse.

Alma 42:27 "Therefore, O my son, whosoever will come may come and partake of the waters of life freely; and whosoever will not come the same is not compelled to come..."

Never compelled. God's love is there. He's waiting for YOU. But it's chill. It's always up to you. But just saying....our Heavenly Father loves you. Jesus loves you. There's a lot of love in this world and it ain't ever going away. 

So try it out and loveee.
